- Bilingual in Chinese and English is required
Job Overview
- Assist in the execution of HR audit procedures, including conducting testing and gathering evidence to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls regarding visa sponsorships and I-9 form, etc.
- Conduct data validation on immigration support documentation for US immigration filings to the government.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of audit workpapers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to audit standards.
- Gather information, clarify audit observations, and assist in the development of corrective action plans.
- Assist in document collection, preparation, coordination, immigration considerations, drivers for relocations, mobility share point page and a variety of operations in the global mobility program.
- Handle confidential HR documents and information with discretion.
- Monitor and track the audit projects, visa cases, ensuring timely resolution of identified issues.
- Perform data analysis and review documentation to identify control deficiencies, process inefficiencies, and potential risks.
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting/metrics requests.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and stakeholders, providing updates on progress and findings.
